Servicing national account clients is uniquely challenging and rewarding.

What contractor wouldn't like to have hundreds of service and maintenance agreements, all brought in through just a single contract? Of course, like most things that sound too good to be true and usually are, we probably should mention that some of the buildings covered by the agreement would be in Maine, and some would be in California. The rest would be scattered in between. That, in a nutshell, is the double-edged sword of servicing national accounts: the rewards are enormous. So are the challenges.

Engineering Excellence, Inc., Cincinnati, OH, began accepting the challenge of providing service and maintenance to national clients in 1992. The decision was a logical outgrowth of customers' needs. Local customers who relied on Engineering Excellence for service and maintenance were opening branches in other cities, and wanted Engineering Excellence to maintain and service their equipment in these new locations.
