Nordyne was recently recognized by the Copeland Corporation for the exceptionally high quality achieved with HVAC products manufactured by Nordyne and using Copeland compressors.

Copeland officers Scott Barbour, executive vice president, and Karl Zellmer, vice president of sales, presented Nordyne President Dave LaGrand with an award recognizing "their continued success in improving reliability." Barbour told LaGrand that "Copeland is pleased to recognize the five-year joint effort of our companies in reducing warranty costs and raising the level of quality delivered to the unitary market." Accepting the award with LaGrand were Nordyne officers Brad Campbell, vice president of engineering and Michael Nix, vice president of operations.
