A More Perfect Union

Three years ago, I watched with great anticipation as HARDI emerged from the consolidation of NHRAW and ARWI. This new organization would be larger, broader, and have more impact than any other trade organization in the history of the HVACR wholesale industry.

Because I'm in the publishing business, I also knew that with the creation of HARDI, the organization would need a new, powerful, and prominent voice to educate its membership and others in the industry about its mission, its goal, and its brand.

With that in mind, I approached the leadership of HARDI and suggested that a fruitful partnership between HARDI and Penton Custom Media would produce a firstclass, far-reaching communications publication.

The result is that this publication, HVACR Distribution Business, is now the official publication of HARDI. While HARDI's former publication, HARDI Distribution Today, retains its name, it is now "folded" into HVACR Distribution Business.
