Software analyzes bid data. (new products).

BidTrak software analyzes the historical bid data of competing contractors and weighs factors such as general market conditions, job difficulty, and current workloads to determine the range in which competing bids are most likely to fall on a given job. A bar graph appears on a screen displaying

this information, which allows a contractor to adjust his/her bid to maximize profitability and increase the chance of getting the job. The software requires the contractor to build a "bid data" database, followed by six simple steps that take just a few minutes. The software comes with several built-in reports, including competitor summaries, bid summaries, bid types, and bid details.
