Coronado Builders of Fort Worth is on schedule for July 2004 completion of the new $13.4-million Bardin Road Middle School and athletic facility for the Grand Prairie Independent School District. The design team consists of PBK Architects, led by Robert Graham, AIA; Charles Gojer and Associates of Dallas, structural engineer; Don Penn Consulting Engineers of Grapevine, mechanical engineer; Hudson Engineering of Grand Prairie, civil engineer; H.G. Rice and Co. of Irving, foodservice consultant; and Grubbs Ramsey of Dallas, landscape. Major subcontractors working with Coronado on the project are Trackmasters, Inc., Mansfield; Tri-Dal Excavation, Southlake; PaveCon Commercial Concrete, Grand Prairie; Clayton Masonry, Arlington; Basden Steel and Erection, Burleson; Pinnacle Protection System, Arlington; Grizzly Glass and Mirror, Kennedale; Carrco Painting Contractors, Garland; Gomez Floor Covering, Dallas; CRM Construction, Dallas; Pasco Food Equipment, Plano; S&K Plumbing, Fort Worth; Berger Engineering Co., HVAC, Dallas; Fireguard Systems, Garland; and Electric One of Haltom City.
