Man of the Year

Gervase R. Rose, P.E., has been named National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) District 4 Man of the Year.

Rose is CEO of Roman Electric Company, Milwaukee, and served as president of the firm from 1963 to 2003.

He was honored for his industry leadership and continuing contributions to NECA development, as well as his active involvement in a wide variety of civic organizations.

A NECA member for more than 45 years, Rose, 69, has served in many NECA executive posts including local governor and district vice president. District 4 includes all NECA members in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana. Rose was named a fellow of the Academy of Electrical Contracting in 1999.
