Efforts to broaden the home construction market in the city of Cleveland subtly are entering a new phase.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland trade group is exploring ways to ease the development process in Cleveland and to educate members about building in the city. Working in partnership with the Campbell administration, the trade group's goal is to get more suburban active in Cleveland.
