When wealthy building contractor Dan Catalfumo celebrates his 50th birthday on April 28, he will look back on a life of toil and triumph and count many blessings. As a young man in his early 20s, Catalfumo worked in his father's shoe repair shop in West Palm Beach while building houses during weekends. Today, Catalfumo is one of the busiest commercial construction contractors in South Florida and an active real estate developer, pre-construction planner, and property manager, too.
