CORNELIUS, N.C. -- Dienst Custom Homes, a luxury home builder with a reputation for excellence, received accolades and awards in the same weekend from two organizations: area community developer Crescent Resources and the Home Builders Association

Dienst won four out of five awards given by Crescent Resources as part of its Outside In Home Tour, which features 30 new homes in seven Crescent communities and highlights the latest in outdoor living. Dienst's home at 117 Deacons Pond Court, Mooresville (in The Point community), was honored with awards for Best Floor Plan, Best Landscaping, Most Curb Appeal and Best Overall.

The Outside In Home Tour continues this Saturday, April 16, from 10am-5pm and Sunday, April 17, from 1-5 pm. Participating homes are located in the Crescent communities of Highgrove, The Sanctuary, Ballantyne Country Club, The Farms, The Point, Sail View and North View Harbour.

Separately, on April 9, Dienst Custom Homes won three awards at the Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) banquet, held by the Home Builders Association of Charlotte: a Gold award for Newsletter - Builder ("Distinctions"); a Silver award for Print Ad: Color Magazine - Builder ("What is a custom home?" ad with pool photo); and a Silver award for Logo Design - Community (WheatonGrove).

In addition to the awards, Dienst sold the award winning home from the Outside In Home Tour and has added at least two new Custom Home Building opportunities. Dienst Custom Homes is honored to have been chosen to help these new clients build the homes of their dreams.
