Yuba County, Calif., Developer Wants Tax District.

Apr. 18--A south Yuba County developer wants to form a Mello-Roos district to pay for water and sewer services in the Plumas Lake Specific Plan Area.

The Olivehurst Public Utility District board of directors gave its unanimous approval Thursday night to let Los Angeles-based developer KB Home begin a $25,000 study to determine the feasibility of forming the district. KB Home will pay for the study.
