PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local EMIRATES AIRLINE recently announced that it was planning to build a new 5-star hotel in Dubai. In so doing, the company has now retained the services of the ARCH GROUP of the Emirates to act as project consultant.

Construction plans under consideration call for building a 40-storey, 350 meter high, tower. The hotel will reportedly comprise 650 rooms some of which will be cantilevered. In addition, the complex will include: - A 25,000 square foot health club; - 15 food outlets.
