Skanska
On Friday, June 15, Skanska USA Building Inc. and Methodist Stone Oak Hospital hoisted the last piece of steel to the top of the new San Antonio hospital, dubbed the "hospital of the future." To commemorate the construction milestone, the final piece of iron for the hospital was painted white and signed by the project workers, community dignitaries and Methodist Healthcare employees. The last hospital to be constructed from the ground up in San Antonio was built 15 years ago. Skanska is the construction manager for the project.
