Centex

Centex Construction's Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Division announces the promotion of three key management team members. Mark Bradley joined Centex Construction in 2001 as a project manager and has been promoted to vice president of operations. Mark has executive oversight of multiple construction projects, including Centex Homes vertical mid- to high-rise condominium developments in California, Washington state, and Nevada. Mark has more than 20 years of construction industry experience and is a 1984 graduate of Texas A&M University.

Ed Prendergast has been promoted to vice president of preconstruction. Ed began his career at Centex Construction in 1980 as an estimator and returned to Centex Construction in 2002 as a preconstruction manager. His recent focus has primarily included health care projects across the United States, including Children's Medical Center Tower IIIA and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas Ambulatory Surgical Center. Ed graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1980.

Pleas Mitchell , who began his career at Centex Construction in 1989, has been promoted to vice president of operations. Pleas will act as the officer-in-charge of several local projects, including the Azure, a high-rise luxury residential tower, Friendship West Baptist Church, and the Joule Hotel. Pleas recently served as vice president of preconstruction, and has been instrumental in the project management of several Dallas landmarks, such as the JPMorgan International Plaza Phases I, II and III. Pleas is a 1985 graduate of Southern Methodist University.
