This $6 million project includes remodeling of approximately 11,700 SF, renovation of 12,400 SF and demolition as required to the existing facility. The scope of work also calls for approximately 25,641 SF of new construction to include: expanded media and food service space; four primary classrooms; six middle school classrooms; bathrooms; new office space for administrative personnel; faculty lounge areas; conference room; clinic and a school store. Centex Rooney will be required to incorporate all District standard systems including technology/data, security, ITV, telephone, intercom, electrical, and HVAC. This fast tracked project is scheduled to break ground on October 1, 2002 and is estimated to complete in October 1, 2003.
