Federated Department Stores to Sell Macy's at Atlanta-Area Mall.

Sep. 18--Federated Department Stores will sell its Macy's store at Cumberland Mall to the mall's owner, which wants to redevelop the space.
John Hurley, Federated's operational vice president of real estate, said the deal with General Growth Properties is expected to close before Christmas.
