Victorville, Calif., Mall Adds David's Bridals, 14,200 Square Feet of Retail.

Jan. 14--VICTORVILLE, Calif. -- The Mall of Victor Valley wants to build two new retail buildings at the west end of its property.

A 9,200-square-foot building facing Bear Valley Road would house David's Bridal, Planning Commissioner Ryan McEachron said Tuesday.
