Japan OECF agrees third Kazakh loan.

Kazakhstan's Astana Airport Reconstruction project has received a considerable financial boost with the announcement by Japan's Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund (OECF) of a 22,122 million [yen] (US$197 million) loan. The loan agreement, which was signed at the end of the year, is the third Japan Official Development Assistance (ODA) loan to Kazakhstan, bringing the total amount to 50,888 [yen] million.
