The negotiating teams of the Tel Aviv municipality and the New Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv are expected to sign a special agreement this week for financing and construction of access roads to the station. The estimated cost of the project is $10-15 million. The signing of the agreement will enable authorization for a plan to add 70,000 square meters of office space and parking facilities to the new station complex.
