Turner Awarded Construction Contract For WindRiverSystems Headquarters.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 1997--The Turner Corporation (AMEX:TUR), the nation's leading general builder, today announced that the San Francisco business unit of its Turner Construction Company subsidiary has been awarded a construction contract by WindRiver Systems, Inc. of Alameda,

California to construct their new headquarters facility in Alameda. The project will consist of the construction of two buildings of a new five building headquarters development and will total 150,000 sq. ft. plus related infrastructure and site work.

Founded in 1981, WindRiver is a fast growing developer of software for Real-Time and Embedded Systems. The architect for the project is the firm of Ehrlich Rominger of Los Altos, California.
