Lincoln, Neb., Theater Developer Plans Location at Omaha Outdoor Mall.

Jul. 9--Lincoln-based Douglas Theatre Co. will build a 16-screen movie theater at Village Pointe, a 650,000-s...uare-foot outdoor mall under construction at 168th Street and West Dodge Road.

Village Pointe Cinema plans to be open in time for the mall's grand opening in mid-May 2004.

Rave Review Cinemas, based in Dallas, had talked earlier with the mall developer, RED Development of Kansas City, Mo. and Scottsdale, Ariz., about building on the site.
