Council Bluffs, Iowa, Warehouse Project Developers Optimistic about Demand.

Feb. 17--COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa -- The first two buildings in one of the region's largest industrial warehouse projects are finished, and developers are optimistic that the 175,000 square feet of space will be filled.

So optimistic, in fact, that construction is scheduled to begin on a third building in the Manawa Commerce Center at South 15th Street and South Omaha Bridge Road (U.S. 275-Iowa 92) by early summer.
