Jan. 12--Chris Seger had a very good year for Duke Realty Corp., the Indianapolis-based real estate investment trust. In a decidedly down market for commercial real estate, Seger oversaw several big development projects, including a 275,000-square-foot parts-distribution center for Ford Motor Co. in Polk County and a 1.3.million-square-foot center for Lowe's Cos. in Osceola County.
