PROJECT OVERVIEW

An international consortium, operating under the name of SULPHOS, was recently awarded a fertilizer plant expansion contract by INDIAN OCEAN FERTILIZERS (IOF). The partners in the planned undertaking include Canada-based SNC-LAVALIN and MONSANTO-ENVIRON of the U.S. in conjunction with the local ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT SERVICES (EMS) and B.E. MORGAN ASSOCIATES.
