PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local GOLDEN PYRAMIDS PLAZA recently awarded a couple of construction contracts regarding its Citystars Heliopolis project to a Greek/Egyptian joint venture. The partners in the planned undertaking include Egypt-based CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS INTERNATIONAL (CCC) and ORASCOM CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES (OCI) of Egypt.

According to the terms of the award, the partnership will be responsible for the completion of civil works on phase 1 as well as electromechanical and finishing works on phase 2. The development includes:
