PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local state-owned YACIMIENTOS PETROLIFEROS FISCALES (YPF) is currently gearing-up to build its Projecto Methanol project. In so doing, YPF recently awarded a construction contract to an Argentinean/German joint venture. The partners in the planned undertaking include TECHINT of Argentina and Germany-based LURGI AG.
