Japanese Chemical Enterprise Enters China's Foaming Polyolefin

SHANGHAI, Jan 29, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- SinoCast - Hong-Ming Industrial Corp., the largest manufacturer of foaming polyolefin in Taiwan, recently transferred 51% equities of its solely-funded enterprise, Shanghai Redflag Plastic Co., Ltd., to Japan SEKISUI CHEMICAL Corp, and had completed the relevant procedures in the Mainland China at the end of 2002.

The Japanese company has started operating Shanghai Redflag Plastics Co., Ltd. as of January 1, 2003
