Albert Petrangeli, President of Centex Rooney Construction Company, Inc., is pleased to announce that Centex Rooney has been awarded five "2002 Excellence in Construction Awards" by the South Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC).
The five projects that received awards and their respective categories are as follows:
-- Boynton Beach Community High School - Institutional $35-$50 million category -- Florida Atlantic University / Broward Community College's Higher Education Tower - Institutional $15-$30 million category -- South Florida Water Management District Headquarters - Public Works $5-$15 million category -- Bass Pro Shop's Outdoor World in Arundel, Maryland - Commercial $5-$15 million category -- Northridge Shopping Center - Renovation $15-$30 million category
The South Florida Excellence in Construction awards are a prelude to ABC's National Excellence in Construction Awards. The national awards will be held in March 2003 in San Diego, California.
