Construction is underway on a new 10,420 square foot KinderCare Learning Center, located at 15415 West Bell Road, Surprise. Designed to accommodate 184 children, the Surprise KinderCare will be the 24th operating
KinderCare Learning Centers nationwide provide a positive learning environment with age-specific learning programs for all ages. KinderCare's curriculum meets the intellectual, social, emotional and physical needs of children.
The Surprise KinderCare will offer a contemporary classroom-style 10,420 square-foot facility. In addition to the regular curriculum, a variety of enrichment and tutorial programs are offered for preschool and school-age children, including Hooked on Phonics, a unique reading enrichment program that teaches early reading skills, and instructional computer-integrated learning programs.
The new center will feature an outdoor Playscape, a natural extension of the classroom, offering different settings, surfaces, textures and equipment to stimulate learning and development by providing a variety of play opportunities.
The architect for the Surprise KinderCare project is Tarlos & Associates and the general contractor for the build-out is D.G. Fenn.
