Apr. 10--In the case of eight new homes in Lakeland's South Lake Morton Historic District, the past is a source of inspiration. The "garden homes," built by Rodda Construction, designed by Wallis Murphey Boyington Architects and represented by Herring & Co. will be finished in about six weeks.
