Apr. 2--The booming eastside neighborhood near downtown Dallas is getting another residential project. Dallas-based Pradera Development has broken ground on a 56-unit condominium complex that's sure to be a hit with buyers. That's because prices at the Bryan Street Station community will start at $125,000, less than half the cost of many new condos and townhouses in nearby Uptown.
