Apr. 10--A.C. Ramirez Inc. Floor Coverings, a business run by the Ramirez family, is building a new showroom and warehouse at 824 Cacique St. on Santa Barbara's Eastside.

Located just off of Milpas Street, between the Casa Esperanza homeless shelter and a gas station, the existing two-story, 5,100-square-foot building is being revamped with a new facade and an expanded second floor.
