Interest in the Washington, D.C-based U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Green Building Rating System[TM] is rising. In mid-April, the USGBC awarded the Bonneville Power Administration Ampere Annex in Vancouver, WA, a Silver rating and the project became the 100th to be LEED-certified.
