Texas home & office rises from the ruins.

A 1904 historic warehouse was transformed into a architectural masterpiece by a couple who have converted the place into their home and office. The building was made of limestone and was vacant for many years before the couple chanced upon the property. Being a historic building, the couple had to secure a permit from the Texas Historical Commission prior to construction. The Commission approved of the remodeling on the condition that the original openings and windows are not to be changed.
