Skanska USA Building Inc. announced that it has been selected as the construction manager for a new renovation and construction project at a major pharmaceutical campus in New Jersey.

This is the fifth of five projects that Skanska is per forming at the New Jersey campus to consolidate global supply operations while expanding the present facility.
The five projects and overall construction plan include office planning and renovation, laboratory renovations, a new parking deck, cafeteria and fitness center, and a new clinical manufacturing structure. Skanska has been performing construction services at the campus since 2005. Skanska is the construction manager for other Life Sciences projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The company also is responsible for high-profile tri-state area projects including the New Meadowlands Stadium, the UN Capital Master Plan (CMP) renovation and upgrading of the agency's headquarters in New York City, and the expansion of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority's Project Horizon expansion.
