Moen: Don't repeal max flow law

ELYRIA, OHIO -- There is currently a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives, HR 623, The Plumbing Standards Improvement Act of 1999. This bill proposes to repeal maximum flow requirements within the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1992. This act standardized uniform maximum flow rates throughout the United States for showerheads, faucets, toilets and urinals.
