I have been basically into construction my entire life. Well, actually maybe I was not so interested as a child more than 4, so I was on the job site because my entire family was on the job site and my cousins and myself were constantly painting and digging and running errands and just working onsite. Our fathers are crazy about construction and my father basically, if he did not have anything to do over the weekend, he was ripping out the bathroom or rebuilding the bathroom or we were getting shovels and digging a pool in the backyard. So it was nonstop and so I learned a lot. I learned a lot from my uncles and my father and my grandparents, actually both of my grandfathers as well. Even to this day, our family reunions consist of some big project. We do not mean for it to happen but when we are together we cannot help but ripping down the garage and rebuilding it or adding a new floor or something. It is just in our blood and it was not actually what I wanted to do but it was what I knew how to do and so as I was in college, I was buying houses and fixing them and selling them. I just realized that this is what I do best and I do love it. I grew to really love when I was doing it on my own.
