Todd Durham: A lot of times when Robin and I are onsite and talking to our employees, we like to empower our employees and not just, you know, "Do this, get this done." But we like to get input from the employees. That is, there is a million right ways to do one simple thing and there is a wrong way and we always like to get the employees' understanding and get their opinion on the way they think this should be constructed and listen to them.
Robin Wilson: I always feel like when I ask them, when they come to me and say, "How do you want this done?" If I ask them back, "What do you think?" And we talk about it then they are part of the decision-making process and then as I walk away and they carry on that task, they feel responsible for it. And I feel that empowers them and makes them want to do it the right way. And so that is one way we motivate them. The other way we motivate them is through a lot of encouragement, a lot of positive reinforcement. And we like to do a lot of things, like we do company ski trips, we do snow trips, we do summer ski trips, we do weekend getaways.
Todd Durham: Bowling.
Robin Wilson: We do bowling. We do kind of impromptu parties: "Everyone load, we are going bowling right now." Just to say thank you.
