Robin Wilson: This is the problem right now with green construction is that it is more expensive. It is more expensive. The systems are more expensive up front. In the long run, because you are using less energy and because you are using less water, you will make your money back but, especially in San Francisco, where construction is so expensive, it is hard for people to take that extra leap in the beginning. I am confident that as time goes on and as more and more people buy solar panels and more and more people are buying these systems, the costs will actually start to decrease. It will not be such specialty items. It will become more of the norm.
