I do think it is important to have a niche. A niche is a great opportunity to own the market. Why get into doing something where there is already a lot of competitors? If you can put yourself out on the forefront of understanding something and owning a particular, you know, segment, in this case green building, what better way to capture?
Green building is getting a lot of attraction these days regionally, nationally and internationally. I mean, everybody wants to help build a safer environment for themselves and their kids to live in. And so we are excited about, you know, being associated with such a very visible project that is just--basically we are helping to create a healthier environment for everybody.
We really do not think that there is danger in creating a niche, especially as it applies to green building. I mean, we incorporate green building practices into all of our projects if it makes sense. However, if a client in particular does not want to use CIP construction or CIP panels or PV solar panels or under-floor radiant heating or whatever, we will not push that. I mean, it is really up to them to tell us what they want to do and we will do our best to achieve their vision. They have, obviously have the bottom line, you know, decision-making on the kind of project and home that they want to live in and we do build that.
