Sprint (NYSE: FON/PCS) announced today the opening of a new Sprint Store in Richmond, IN. The grand opening event will take place Thursday, July 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The newest Sprint Store, located at 3721 East Main Street, will give current Sprint PCS customers more options to serve their
wireless communications needs. New customers now have the opportunity to experience service first-hand from the nation's largest all-digital wireless network, covering 227 million people, or more than 80 percent of the U.S. population. Local Sprint PCS service is managed by UbiquiTel (Nasdaq: UPCS), a Sprint PCS Network Partner.
The grand opening event will feature live radio broadcasts from the store, family entertainment and a special grand opening offer.
