George Bates is an industry veteran with 19 years of career success in sales and sales management as well as 6 years in the accounting and finance sector. Prior to joining InfoMentis, George was a senior account manager at Air2Web where he achieved over 115% of his quota helping organizations to acquire mobile marketing and enterprise applications. While at Infinium Software, George held several positions which included Account Executive, Application Consultant, and District Manager with responsibility for managing direct and indirect sales channels. In each position, he was recognized for meeting and exceeding his quota. Additionally, George held multiple positions with Management Sciences Americas (MSA) and National Data Corporation.
Chip Brubaker has a 25-year track record as a consistent top performer in the technology industry. His experience includes direct sales, channel sales, sales training and development, product marketing and a variety of line and senior management positions. Most recently, as a partner with ESL Consultants, Chip worked with over 4,000 sales representatives and managers from a variety of technology organizations, adding an estimated $2 billion in new opportunities to their sales pipelines. As Vice President and Southern Regional Manager for Forsythe Solutions Group, Chip built and led a team that opened new markets for Forsythe and drove a profit increase of 73%. In his role as National Product Marketing Manager, Chip was responsible for developing strategies and actions necessary to deliver units, revenue and profit plans for a $1 billion line of products.
Phil Bush brings over 20 years of experience in handling a wide variety of assignments in the area of Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, Channels, and Strategic Alliances. Prior to joining InfoMentis, his focus ranged from start-ups, including work at NEON (New Era of Networks) where he helped the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) company go from $20 to $160 million in revenue in near record fashion. More recently, Phil worked on a combination rebuilding/expansion assignment at Swedish-owned Telelogic, a provider of Application Development Tools. He rebuilt the Strategic Account Team into a formidable group responsible for $30 million in revenue annually and helped expand Strategic Account Selling and Development philosophies in the Asia-Pacific Area. He also established the first Global Alliances Program, including work with Technology Partners, Resellers and Referral Partners.
