Usually everyone wants you to do MORE of something for increasing something else. I, on the other hand, am suggesting LESS of some things, and more of some others. I led a class on increasing sales the other day, and wrote some of these ideas on the whiteboard. See if you don't agree, and see which ones might work for you:

Assume less

Generalize less

Worry less

Be frozen less - do something.... don't just sit there

Hang with the same people less  (ok, this is controversial... if they are great people - keep hanging.. but if they drag you down or isolate you - get beyond them)

Feel sorry for yourself less - this got some nods.

and what can you do MORE Of?

Innovate more

reach out more - get out of isolation

be consistent more

smile more

follow up more

Now - what is on your list? Happy New Year, and thanks for your readership, ideas, and support.
