Make training continual.(On The Sales Side)

We've all felt the frustration: you receive the e-mail or memo requiring that everybody show up for a training meeting. Great, you think, another meeting. It's a busy week, and the last thing you need is to have another hour taken away.

This frustration can be avoided. If training is made an integral and continual aspect of your workday--simply the way you do business--then it doesn't feel like something you're forced to do "for your own good," as if it's that awful- tasting medicine your mother made you take when you were a kid.
