Toshiba America Medical Systems (TAMS) today announced that Eric Fox has been hired as director, sales support, full line sales, and will concentrate his efforts on managing the department's

As director, Fox is responsible for overseeing the sales department's business and financial responsibilities, and is taking the lead in the design and implementation of sales tools and processes. Fox is also directing the further development of the high-speed data management software system that serves as the backbone of Toshiba's 24-hour customer service support center.
Before joining Toshiba, Fox was vice president, domestic sales, for I-Flow Corp. in Lake Forest, Calif. Prior to that, he spent 18 years with B. Braun McGaw Inc. (formerly a division of American Hospital Supply Corp.) in Irvine, Calif. During his tenure at McGaw, the positions he held included director of sales administration and director of sales training and management development.
Fox graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the Indiana University School of Business in Bloomington, Ind. He also holds a certificate in quality management from George Washington University's Deming School of Quality Management in Washington, D.C.
