FutureTech Consulting, Inc., an employee communication and custom training company, today announced that it has added Timothy Bracken as a senior account executive in its sales department.
The appointment strengthens FutureTech's visibility in New Jersey and provides the company with a dedicated resource for business development of its communication and training solutions in this area.
According to FutureTech CEO Meridith Mathers, the company has already identified a number of market opportunities in Northern New Jersey. "Taking into consideration the organizations that have shown the greatest demand for FutureTech's employee communication and custom training services--particularly those in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors--a more defined presence in New Jersey was a natural progression for the company," she said. "The addition of Tim (Bracken) will better enable us to pursue target accounts outside of Pennsylvania, and continue a high level of customer service for our current and future clients in New Jersey and the surrounding areas."
Bracken came to FutureTech from Capturepoint, Inc., an Internet marketing solutions provider in Ridgewood, NJ, where he was vice president of sales and a member of the management team. As the company's head of sales, Bracken was instrumental in extending Capturepoint's integrated software and services solutions to the Fortune 2000 market.
He defined and implemented the company's sales strategy and increased its installed client base by more than 30 percent in under one year.
Prior to Capturepoint, Bracken was a national account manager for iSyndicate, Inc., an ASP and content solutions provider in Stamford, CT. Bracken was responsible for business development in the company's northeast markets, and established sales relationships with some of the company's largest national accounts.
According to Bracken, the growing market demand for FutureTech's specialized services is what attracted him to the company. "Now more than ever, companies are expending time and resources to ensure the loyalty and productivity of their employees--particularly as mergers and acquisitions, technology advancements and remote workforces become common themes in today's business world," said Bracken, FutureTech's new senior account manager. Bracken received his bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Delaware. He has completed various professional development programs on sales negotiating and selling strategies.
