Mr. Hoyt brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and product strategies. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Hoyt will be focused on the company's strategy and infrastructure for the sales organization, product management and marketing. He will have a lead role in business development and will be instrumental in driving the company to increased profitability.

Prior to assuming his position in September 2003, Mr. Hoyt was the General Manager of NDCHealth, where he was responsible for directing $50+ million in recurring business and managing 200+ sales associates. He orchestrated reimbursement management services and technology within the healthcare industry, producing $91 million in new incremental revenue at NDCHealth. Prior to NDCHealth, Mr. Hoyt was a regional sales manager at Integrated Healthcare Systems, where he capitalized on a start-up sales/marketing opportunity in the sale of Hospital Information Systems, computers and software.
