The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., Announces Top Award Winners at Company's 15th Annual Sales Convention.

The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., a Prudential Financial (NYSE:PRU) company, honored more than 8,600 real estate sales professionals for their achievements in 2002. Of that amount, approximately 3,000 award winners attended the company's 2003 Sales Convention from March 16-19 in Las Vegas.
The highlight of the award ceremonies, which took place during the first general session, was the announcement of Prudential Real Estate's "Broker of the Year." Dorothy "Dottie" Herman of Prudential Long Island Realty in New York was awarded this prestigious honor. This award recognizes the top broker in the Prudential Real Estate Network and signifies them as a role model for "best practices" by participating in networking events, demonstrating company profitability and providing community involvement.

The Convention also included the annual awards ceremonies, where top companies and sales professionals were honored for their achievements over the past year. Awards were given to top sales professionals and top offices in the United States and Canada.
In the Residential gross commission income (GCI) category, the number one sales professional in the United States was Joe Babajian of Prudential California Realty, Beverly Hills, Calif., and the number one sales professional in Canada was Jason Soprovich, of Prudential Sussex Realty in West Vancouver, British Colombia.
For commercial GCI, the top award went to D. Dewey Mitchell of Prudential Tropical Commercial Services, Tampa Bay, Fla. In terms of number of residential units, the number one sales professional in the United States was Steve Johnson of Prudential California Realty, Torrance, Calif., and from Canada, the number one sales professional was Jose Bairos of Prudential Grand Valley Realty, Cambridge, Ontario.
In the GCI category, the number one office in the United States was Prudential California Realty, La Jolla, Calif., and the number one office in Canada was Prudential Sadie Moranis Realty, Toronto, Ontario; and for commercial GCI, the top office was Prudential Tropical Realty Commercial Services.
