Trelleborg: Maurizio Vischi Appointed New President of Trelleborg Wheel Systems Business Area.

Maurizio Vischi, 45, has been appointed new President of the Trelleborg Wheel Systems business area, effective June 1, 2001.

Maurizio Vischi is a Master of Business Administration and has extensive international

experience within the tire industry from both Pirelli and Trelleborg, where he has had overall responsibility for operations in Europe and the United States. Today, he is head of Trelleborg Wheel Systems' Agricultural Radial Tires business unit, which has its head office in Tivoli, Italy, where he will continue to be based.

The current President of the Wheel Systems business area, Anders Pettersson, has accepted an offer to become a divisional president within the security group, Gunnebo AB.
