ADHESIVE tapes and epoxy-moulding compounds maker Nitto Denko
Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is making its Malaysian research and development
(R and D) centre a regional hub.
Nitto Denko Corp of Japan senior managing director M. Aizawa said the
R and D centre will have a key role in epoxy encapsulating moulding compound
development.
Several R and D activities for the epoxy moulding compound for
semiconductor devices were transferred from Japan to Malaysia in April
2002.
