DUNCAN, S.C. -- AFL Telecommunications has unveiled the Noyes M200 OTDR, which provides fiber optic cable test and troubleshooting capabilities in a handheld package weighing less than two pounds. The company offers three models: the M200-MM (850 nm/1300 nm multimode) and M200-Quad (850 nm/1300 nm multimode plus 1310 nm/1550 nm singlemode), which are suited for Tier-2 certification of premises fiber optic networks; and the M200-SM (1310 nm/1550 nm singlemode), designed to test and troubleshoot FTTx and fiber optic access networks.
